• Adults and Children, 12 years and older: Drink one teabag per day, 30 minutes after lunch and dinner .Place one teabag in a cup with boiling water. Steep for 5-8 minutes before drinking. No milk, sugar, sweetener, or any juices may be added. A slice of lemon, etc. can be added to taste.
